Order for collection and turned up well before the scheduled time. Restaurant was closed!! Now I’m trying to chase my refund.

Ordered online, was ready when I walked in, great friendly chatty welcoming service, the restaurant looks great inside, and the food was EXCEPTIONAL. Worried for my waistline since this is on my doorstep!
